GUSTEAU IS GAULT&MILLEAU’S RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR

Mád's intricately-named Gusteau Culinary Experience Workshop (often abbreviated to Gusteau) has been awarded the Restaurant of the Year accolade by Hungary's Gault&Milleau restaurant guide. A fine-dining place founded in 2010, Gusteau has been the Tokaj region's highest-scoring restaurant in the guide for many years. Chef Gábor Horváth has run the kitchen since the very beginning, creating dishes to match the selection of Tokajis on the wine list, primarily from the owner's Szent Tamás winery, as well as another few from the cellars of István Szepsy and Dénes Szarka.
